Import Builder is a software service that provides tools for collecting, validating and preparing business data for CSV import.

Depending on how you use Import Builder, we may collect the following information.

- Information relating to your Import Builder projects
Project information
We may store project names, project configuration, column and validation settings, widget settings and other configuration required to provide the service.
When you publish a project, its configuration (such as its title, columns, validation rules and appearance) is made available to anyone who accesses the published link or embed, so that the workflow can load in their browser.
Technical information
We may collect limited technical information required to operate and secure the service, such as login activity, browser and device information, IP address and error or diagnostic information.
3. CSV and business data
Import Builder is designed to help you collect and prepare business data for CSV export.
Data that you or your users enter into or upload to a workflow is processed within the browser and is not transmitted to or stored on Import Builder's servers. A temporary copy may be kept in the user's own browser storage to help recover unfinished work; it remains on that device.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate permission and legal basis to collect and process information submitted through Import Builder.

- Create and manage your account
- Provide features you request
- Process subscriptions and payments
- Maintain and improve the service
- Respond to support requests

5. Payment information
If you purchase a paid Import Builder subscription, payment information may be processed by our payment provider. Import Builder does not need to store your complete payment card details.
